We have a number of different packages to suit each job whether thats dog urine from a furry friend or makeup spills from a careless teenager. We always offer free surveys to access the size, condition fibre type and also to give honest expectations. If we feel that a carpet will not benefit enough from a carpet clean, we will happily say this at an early stage to enable our customers to make a decision based on all the information to hand

After Care

Once we complete out work, we aim to get the carpet dry as soon as possible using a number of techniques. Of course one of the reasons is so you can walk on the carpet as soon as possible, but also because it reduces the chance of wickback. Wickback is a process where stains that have gone through to back of the carpet can reappear, but by fast drying the carpet in a safe manner means this is less likely to happen. If it does happen however, we are more than happy to pop back and treat those areas absolutely free.
