we do a fair bit of carpet cleaning 
work for a few estate agents in Canterbury. Yesterday we were tasked with these carpets in a student accommodation house 
. Mainly heavy footfall 
, but also some drink 
spills were causing some real stain issues. Was a fair bit of work and going over a few times in some areas VERY SLOWLY to give the carpets a good rinse, but results were fantastic.
